Access Bridges
The focal point of any marina or berthing facility
A range of standard width, length and live load aluminium structured access bridges are available, although ramps can be designed and built to customers’ specific requirements.
Bridges and ramps are generally decked using anti-slip hardwood decking, although alternative finishes are always available.
Bow String Bridge
The bow string bridge offers the client a cost effective and attractive alternative to Walcon’s standard Warren Truss Bridge. The bridge incorporates smooth curves and a pleasant approach for the marina user. This Walcon design was first introduced in Australia in 2003 and is now featured at the Sydney International Boat Show temporary marina providing an impressive entrance to the on water displays.
Warren Truss Bridge
Larger bridges feature warren truss side rail structures and can be fitted with mesh infill or vertical rail anti-climb panels.
